I have been a licensed insurance agent for 50 years, and I currently serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors of First Insurance. In addition to my long career in the insurance business I have been and remain to be very passionate about community involvement. I currently serve as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Bent County Health Care Center, Chairman of the Board of the Las Animas Urban Renewal Authority. I also am a member of and financial supporter of the Las Animas/Bent County Chamber of Commerce and the Bent County Economic Development Foundation.
